FarmSentry provides cloud-based farm management software that allows users to track farm activities, manage livestock and crops, and generate reports. The Service includes both web and mobile applications.

To use FarmSentry, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free Trial and Subscription

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required for the trial period. After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

4.2 Subscription Plans

FarmSentry offers monthly subscription plans. Pricing is available on our website and may be updated with advance notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. User Content and Data

5.1 Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you input into FarmSentry. We do not claim ownership of your farm data, records, or photos.

5.2 Data Backup

While we perform daily backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of critical data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Reverse engineer or copy our software
• Resell or redistribute our Service

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease
• Your data will be retained for 90 days
• After 90 days, all data will be permanently deleted
• No refunds will be provided for partial months

9. Limitation of Liability

FarmSentry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Business interruption
• Lost profits or revenue
• Indirect or consequential damages

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
